What I Bring to the Table

A Bit About Me

I earned my Associate of Science in Nursing in 2018, following a background in customer service. While working in acute care during the pandemic, I completed my Bachelor of Science in Nursing. I later achieved board certification in Vascular Access (VA-BC) in 2021 and earned my Certified Registered Nurse Infusion (CRNI) in 2025.

In 2024, I was honored with the AVA Impact Award, a national recognition for my local contributions to advancing vascular access practice, care, and education for both healthcare professionals and patients. Alongside my clinical work, I serve as a Legal Nurse Consultant specializing in vascular access and enjoy teaching nurses, physicians, and other clinicians how to effectively and appropriately use ultrasound to obtain vascular access.

Beyond my professional life, I enjoy time with my family and being outdoors, where I often combine my love of nature with birdwatching and amateur photography. I live in Bloomington, Indiana.
